I agree with everyone that there was no way you were going the speed limit. I am not trying to say he is a liar but are we suppose to believe an NA 300ZX had enough power to spin the tires (regardless of water) when he was going the speed limit. I am not trying to be a PITA and I truly am sorry about your accident but it looks damaged beyond repair in my opinion and in all honesty you would probably get more money just salvaging the car and selling parts.
